As part of the BOS Power, we deliver integrated propulsion solutions, from bridge to propeller, combining CPP systems with diesel, hybrid, and fully electric powertrains. This positions us uniquely to support customers in optimizing efficiency, performance and total cost of ownership.
We are now looking for a commercially driven and results oriented Sales Manager to take ownership of international new sales within the CPP segment.
The role of Sales Manager is to generate and win new business across selected international markets. You will identify opportunities early in the sales cycle, position Servogear as a preferred partner, and drive transactions from lead to contract.
Key responsibilities
- Drive new sales of CPP propulsion systems in international markets
- Identify, develop and convert new business opportunities
- Build strong relationships with shipowners, designers, shipyards and partners
- Position Servogear solutions early in vessel design and specification phases
- Develop commercial proposals, technical concepts and value-based sales cases
- Listen actively to customer needs and translate them into compelling solutions
- Identify cross-selling opportunities across the full BOS Power product portfolio, including hybrid and electric systems
- Contribute to market strategies, pipeline development and sales performance
Who you are
- A proactive and commercially driven sales professional with strong execution ability
- Proven experience in maritime sales, preferably within propulsion or complex technical systems
- A strong listener with the ability to understand customer needs and translate them into winning solutions
- Strong understanding of vessel operations and propulsion solutions, including diesel, hybrid and electric systems
- Comfortable with international business development and frequent travel
- Skilled in building relationships, negotiating and closing deals
- Structured, self-driven and motivated by delivering results
- Experience from the defense/naval segment is considered an advantage
